If you want to return an item simply contact our customer service department with your original order number. Our customer service department will give you a return authorization number to return the product. You can return items via your postal service or any other courier service company that can give a valid proof of return.
Please make sure you ask for and retain your receipt as proof of your return, Linkyfi cannot be held responsible for any items that may be damaged or go missing in transit.
You will receive your refund within 5-10 working days of Linkyfi receipt of your parcel or replacement items.
Returns postage will only be refunded if the goods are faulty or were sent incorrectly.
